Really being listened to, having total freedom to speak, to be honest with yourself, not feeling judged, and not having to justify yourself in any way, because I am not here to impose my views or my advice: all these generate a surprisingly pleasant sensation.

We are individuals and each relationship between coach and client is unique.

Different coaching methods also vary. My method is based on:

In the interests of honesty, I can tell you now that I do not offer any miracle cures. I believe the solutions you seek are already in you, and I am committed to helping you find new internal resources to restore your autonomy so that you can become master of your life. You are the creator of new resources and new solutions.

I'm talking about a relationship between two people where I offer real support that will allow you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in the near future.

It goes without saying that I expect a sincere commitment to coaching from you, as this is essential to the success of our journey.

You must be ready for change, ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone.
Through my comments and questions I will, in a non-confrontational way, lead you to consider things from a new angle. My thought-provoking questions will challenge and inspire new thinking and support you in your journey.

It is important to remember that you are always the one to decide which path to follow, and that all decisions lie in your hands.

Finally, a coaching relationship is not made to last. Short and intense, our relationship will stop when you consider your goal has been achieved.

THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

A coaching session is a time dedicated exclusively to you.
It's your moment, just for you, all about you.

Listening, respect and trust

A sincere commitment to, and the promise of mutual honesty

Confidentiality

I offer:

To unconditionally support achievement of your goal

Sensitive understanding of the unspoken, to help release your emotions, when needed

Not to pass judgment on the content of your comments

To help uncover your internal resources

Attentive and objective listening

"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear,

who has you see what you don't want to see,
so you can be who you have always known you could be"
